Processing and delivery

Orders normally take one business day to process. Carrier delivery usually takes three business days or less after shipment. Processing and transit are separate: the usual total is approximately four business days or less. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends, holidays, destination, carrier delays, and order verification can affect timing.

Shipping rates and destinations

Shipping is $14.99 per order within the contiguous United States. Shipping is free when your order includes a MAP-priced item over $500, or any individual item priced over $1,000. MAP refers to the manufacturer minimum advertised price. Qualifying product pages clearly display FREE SHIPPING.

An item priced at exactly $500 does not qualify under the MAP rule. A non-MAP item priced at exactly $1,000 does not qualify under the general rule. Several lower-priced items do not qualify by their combined total. Eligibility is based on each item price before checkout coupons, excluding tax and shipping.

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses and international destinations are not included. Your applicable charge is shown at checkout before an order is submitted.

Where products ship from

Products may be fulfilled from distributor inventory. The business contact address is not a promise of a local pickup location or the origin of every shipment.

Delays and order issues

If an order cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you of the revised timing and cancellation and refund options as required by applicable law. Contact sales@rangeplace.com for delivery questions, an address correction, shipping damage, or an incorrect item. Include the order number when available.
