About Range Place

These terms apply to rangeplace.com, the Range Place optics and outdoor gear storefront. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

Current store status

Online card checkout is available for products with current availability and confirmed prices. Adding an item to your cart does not place an order or guarantee inventory.

Product information and availability

Review the product’s title, model, specifications, and included items before purchasing. Product images are illustrative; the written listing identifies the offered product. Contact us if information is unclear. Prices and availability may change. Online availability may reflect distributor inventory rather than stock at our business address.

Orders, prices, and payment

Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown before you submit an order. Credit and debit card payments are processed through Authorize.Net. Your payment details are shared with the payment providers needed to authorize and process the transaction. Available methods are shown in checkout.

We may delay or cancel an order for a pricing or listing error, unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, an unverifiable delivery address, or a legal restriction. If we cancel an order we cannot fulfill, amounts charged for the canceled purchase will be refunded. An order acknowledgment alone does not confirm shipment.

Shipping and delays

Orders normally take one business day to process. Delivery usually takes three business days or less after shipment; this is an estimate, not a guarantee. See our Shipping page. If an order cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you of the revised timing and available cancellation and refund options as required by applicable law.

Returns and cancellations

Our Returns & cancellations policy explains the no-voluntary-return rule after shipment, the 15% customer-requested cancellation fee where applicable, the 30% restocking fee and shipping deductions for customer-caused refused or undeliverable shipments, and assistance for wrong, damaged, or defective goods. Read it before ordering.

Safe and lawful use

Use products according to the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable laws. Do not look at the sun through an optic unless the manufacturer explicitly specifies a suitable safe configuration. You are responsible for accurate order information and lawful use. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, or submit fraudulent orders.

Manufacturer warranties

Range Place is a retailer. Manufacturer warranties, where offered, depend on the brand and model. We can help direct you to warranty support. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
